Medical & Education Subsidy for the Needy
Case 1
A Form 3 Student from SMK Permas Jaya, Siti Hafizah Bt Nawawi,
has been disgnosed with Immature Malignant Teratoma of one of her ovaries, which
was subsequently removed surgically at Sultanah Aminah Hospital in October 2004.
As a result of this, she has to be fed on special high-fibre diet daily. Her
father is a factory worker and her mother is a religious teacher. She has 4
younger siblings who are still schooling.
The club through the medical fund has donated RM 3,000.00 to subsidies her
parent's expenses.

Case 2
A Form 6 student of SMK Permas Jaya, Chong Chin Meng, who lost his father recently, has to work part time to pay for his education, rental of room and also to support his brothers, has been 'adopted' by our club. His expenses of RM 700.00 monthly will be paid by the club until his completion of Form 6 next year. His performance would be monitored regularly by us
