26th Anniversary Celebration cum Chinese New Year Dinner together with Senior Citizens

On 11th March 2007, we celebrated the 26th Anniversary of community service together with the senior citizens from the various homes as a Chinese New Year dinner. The event this year was more subdue, and was held at Marina Seafood Restaurant. The Guest of Honour was District Governor, Ng Kim Leng. Sumptuous Chinese food were served. Angpows were given to the guests by the God of Fortune. A cake cutting ceremony was carried out. Our sister club, Lions Club of Singapore Katong celebrated with us by sending the President. The famous Twin-girls entertained us with their mesmerizing voices singing the oldies.
