2nd Joint Installation & Initiation Ceremonies of Leo Clubs in Johor Bahru 2007
For the 2nd year our Leo Club held a joint installation & initiation
ceremonies with Leo Clubs in Johor Bahru, namely Leo Club of SMK SETA, SMK Johor
Jaya 1, Foon Yew High School, Skudai (O) & Johor Bahru Omega.
The event was held on 25th August, 2007 at Hui Pin Restaurant, Permas Jaya. The
Guest of Honour was Zone 19 Chairman, Lion Chong Hai Fang. District Chairman for
Leo Clubs & Youth Region 7 & 8, Lion Ong Mui Keow performed the initiation
ceremony for the new members. The District Chairman for Leo Clubs, Lion Dr. Ben
C. Ng installed the Presidents & the Board of Directors. A total of 192 new Leos
were initiated into their respective clubs.
After the formal function, some performances like dances, singing etc were held.
Our Leos enjoyed themselves very much. Teamwork and team spirit were
outstanding.
