Chinese New Year
Fellowship Dinner 2004
"Themed as 'Ushering the year of
the Monkey with Friends and Senior Citizens", an annual event
jointly organized by some of the Lions Clubs in the region. This year the event
was held at Marina Seafood Restaurant. The homes invited were Long Hua Old Folks
Home, Johor Chesire Home, Pandan Old Folks Home, Ulu Tiram Old Folks Home,
Tampoi Old Folks Home, Sam Poh Old Folk Homes, Scudai Old Folks Home, Senai Old
Folks Home @ Grace Ville Old Folks Home. A total of 77 residents & 16 helpers
attended together with about 35 Lion members. Various entertainment like Line
dance, distributing of angpows, chinese light music etc were the
highlights of the night.
